When customers make their purchases online, OmniBiz’s partners, technology, and operations work together to fulfill their orders. The items are packed at the nearest OmniHub micro fulfillment center (MFC) and then sent to the customers, which is where you come in. At the OmniHub MFC, orders are kitted together and organized into shipments to be loaded into delivery vehicles provided and operated by 3PL partners. Each morning, you’ll lead your team of fulfillment associates as they pick, pack, and load packages into 3PL vehicles who in turn deliver them to customers’ businesses.
Being an OmniHub MFC owner is a full-time job. It’s a chance for you to open your own business and partner with OmniBiz. Partners are heavily involved in their day-to-day operations and are comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a business that changes quickly and frequently. As a partner, you’ll use your passion and work ethic to help OmniBiz create the future of customer satisfaction by tackling each day with a sense of purpose and responsibility to your team, customers, and community.
